Once you decide to create an endowment, you can go ahead and complete the necessary documentation by hand or electronically through this website. Alternatively, you can request for an YENDOW Development Official (YDO) to work closely with you to help define the features of your endowment to meet both your wishes and the needs of YENDOW:

- Complete the YENDOW Donor Form on this website
- Make payment online as directed.
A YENDOW Development Official (YDO) will get in touch based on the information you provide in the Donor Participation Form to schedule an appointment at the end of which you will be requested to sign the Gift Use Agreement (GUA). Also, you will receive an immediate acknowledgement of your check or credit card payment plus a formal Endowment Certificate by email within 30 days.
